What makes our gelato so divine? We take pride in creating a superior product with the utmost flavor quality. Every batch of our gelato is handcrafted using only the highest quality ingredients. We use specialized Italian machinery to produce small, daily batches of gelato, allowing us to maintain freshness and consistency. The artisanal method may require more time, but we believe it enhances our gelato's quality. Our unique process reduces the amount of air incorporated into our product, resulting in a distinctively flavorful, dense, creamy, and truly extraordinary gelato.
As we prepare our gelato batches, we strategically sequence their production throughout the day to prevent cross-contamination. We begin the day by crafting flavors that are free from allergens, such as chocolate, vanilla, and raspberry. Next, we move on to flavors that contain gluten, like cookie dough. We conclude the day by producing flavors that incorporate nuts or nut-based ingredients, ensuring these are the last to exit our batch freezer. With every flavor transition, the machine undergoes cleaning. At the end of the gelato-making day, we fully disassemble the batch freezer for thorough washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. This guarantees it is impeccably clean and ready for another day of gelato production.
We do not utilize a dipping well in our shop. A dipping well, which is a small sink with running water, is commonly used in many gelato shops for rinsing and cleaning scoops between servings. However, thanks to our abundant collection of scoops, we can easily substitute any scoop that requires cleaning during a shift. Our cleaning protocol strictly adheres to the wash, rinse, and sanitize method.
We adhere to a strict policy of utilizing individual scoops for each of our gelato varieties. This ensures that every flavor maintains its integrity as scoops are never shared between different flavors.
We strategically position all gelato flavors containing nuts or nut ingredients in a specific section of our display freezer. This arrangement prevents these tubs from being scattered throughout the freezer, thereby helping to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination.
A significant portion of our gelato flavors don't contain nuts. However, it's crucial to know that all our products are crafted in a kitchen where we also process nuts. Even though we maintain a strict protocol for allergen management, there's still a minor risk of cross-contamination due to the shared environment. Keep this in mind when choosing your tasty treat.. Each flavor will be served with a dedicated scoop.
In general, most of our gelato flavors do not contain gluten. Certain flavors could have added ingredients, like the ones in our chocolate brownie gelato, which may introduce gluten into some varieties.
A number of our gelatos and sorbets are vegan friendly, such as the Oat Milk Lavendar and the Mango Chili Margarita.
At the moment the only sugar-free option we have available is the Vegan Chocolate flavor.
Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream. Although it may seem similar to ice cream gelato has an entirely different origin and production process.
Sorbet is 100% dairy-free because it’s made with water, sugar and often includes fruit, fruit juice and/or fruit puree. Sweet and Spice sorbets are uniquely crafted to contain more of the good stuff like fresh fruit to create a rich, smooth, velvety texture – it’s almost hard to believe they’re 100% dairy-free.
Ice cream undergoes a faster churning process than gelato, resulting in more air being incorporated and thus a fluffier texture. In contrast, gelato's slower churning speed means it contains less air, leading to a denser consistency.
Gelato is lower in fat compared to regular ice cream.
Gelato is serve at higher temperature and that allows the tongue to experience more intense flavor. Ice cream is served at lower temperature and which gives it a harder texture.

While we don't use fresh eggs, the gelato base we use contains pasturised eggs. Milk, and cream are pasteurized, as is the final product. Products are pasteurized in the beginning stages of production and are safe for everyone to enjoy.
